The Prices Below, are what I Charge for Designing and Building a Website.

The Hosting fee's have nothing to do with me building your website.  You will get billed every month for the  $19.99 hosting fee.  This is the company that will hold your account, and allow it to be view on the Internet. 

The first section is what you will receive from the hosting company:

Hosting fees $19.99 a month Include:

  • 1-personalized domain
  • Unlimited sites & pages
  • 5 e-mail accounts
  • 100MB space
  • 15GB bandwidth

This section is what you will receive from me, your Designer:

Building the web site:

$ 500.00 for the Design and set-up fee.
This includes:

  • 1. Website Design - Up to 3 designs.  I will interview you to get a sense of what you are looking for and I will build a design using elements that will make you unique to your industry.  If this is totally not what you were looking for, I will design up to 2 more sites.  If we still don't get it right, there will be a $125.00 charge for every design afterword.
  • 2.  Registering the domain name
  • 3.  Designing  the site using your logos, if you need a logo design, See price below.
  • 4.  Adding the first 20 photos (Non linked to e~commerce)
  • 5.  Building All the buttons and linking them to the pages that they are intended for.
  • 6.  Building the Meta tags.
  • 7.  Submitting the website to search engines
  • 8.  Free Updating, for The first 2 weeks after the site is finished.

After Design is finished, It must be Approved  before building more pages:
At this point, there is a 50% Deposit based on the amount of pages requested.

After it is Approved:

  • 1.  I charge $100.00 per page.
  • 2.  $150.00 for an Editable Calendar.
  • 3.  I will include the first 20 photos at no charge. After the first 20 photos, there is a charge of $5.00 for each photo sent to me digitally, and $10.00 for each photo to be scanned.
  • Note:  These Photos in section 3) will not be attached to a store front (They are Information Photos Only)
  • 4.  If Photos are going to be attached to a store front, (e-Commerce) where you are selling an item,  there is a $15.00 charge. ($5.00 for the photo and $10.00 for the HTML Code) for each photo to be processed and attached to an HTML Button that will build an order form, where
       you can collect Income form your products.
  • 5.  I add E Mail Page for free.  Ask about this!!!
  • 6.  I add Guest Book for free

Once I start to build your pages,
NOTE: If you decide to make changes that will affect all the pages that have already been built,
Charges will be applied as if the site were finished.

Web Site, Approved and Finished, you have 2 weeks Free Updating
Please use this time to get to know your site.  Make sure all links are working, all products are correct.

Site Maintenance
After the 2 weeks,
There will be a $10.00 per page update fee.

  • 1.  $25.00 per page to update existing information on any page, already built on your web site. (Additional or new information charged on an individual basis.)
  • 2.  There is a charge of $5.00 for each photo sent to me digitally, and $10.00 for each photo to be scanned. These Photos in Section (2.) will not be attached to a store front/ E-Commerce, (It is Information Only)
  • 3.  If Photos are going to be attached to a store front/e-Commerce, where you are selling an item,  there is a $15.00 charge. ($5.00 for the photo and $10.00 for the HTML Code) for each photo to be processed and attached to an HTML Button that will build an order form, where
       you can collect Income form your products.
  • 4.  I charge $75.00 per page, to build new pages after the site is finished plus $10.00 for each page if a redesign is required to add buttons. See # 1 above in this section.

Perhaps you have a logo or other art work featured on a brochure or business card.  If not I can create custom Graphics to match your site
